kashmiri people does not want to be part of india, but kashmir belongs to india. Kashmiris are allowed to disown their home country india, which is the 3rd largest economy in the world, and join pakistan which is on the verge of an economic collapse !! see kashmiris only form a small portion of muslim population india. Loans are granted to Pakistan but are not monitored/audited to see the completion of the project they are sanctioned for. Pakistani ruling class & govt departments gradually eat up the entire loan. Are these loans granted to promote hypocrisy, gradually leading to fake inflation, injustice & poverty? The end result nowadays is reaction in the form of suicide bombing & destruction due to the problems mentioned. Kalabagh Dam & many projects are just a dream due to this attitude of IMF & World Bank

From 1990 till 2008 Indian poverty is down from 37% to 21% exactly,huge improvement.But Pakistan has gone from 23% to 39% according to WORLD BANK.Policies in India are not as quick as China,as of now,India is way behind China,but having 700 million of English speaking work force,where China not any good.Competition is between these two countries eventualy.Not India and Pakistan!! anymore.
