when ur trying to defeat screaming mantis you have to aim for the doll on her left, shoot the strings off of it and quickly retrieve it...and to get her mas you tranq her when shes out of her suit trying to attack you. use the tranq pistol instead of a carbine, or his other pistol.

For a faster result, try the Stun G's.
Or for a WAAAY faster result, use Solar Gun.
You get Solar gun on doing all bosses non lethally (in otherwords the blue weapons lol)
Do it on Liquid Easy, its waaaay easier than BBE (Big Boss Extreme) or The boss extreme..
